The present General Terms of Use determine the conditions of use of the web page http://expertslocatorihres.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site“) which you (hereinafter referred to as the “User“) accept by the mere fact of consulting this site.

PURPOSE OF THE SITE
The Site has been created to provide environmental information exclusively for health professionals.
The Site does not constitute a contractual offer. This Site provides non-contractual information with the aim of locating medical facilities able to treat children with infantile hemangiomas.
Insofar as the updating of this Site is carried out taking into account all activities, it may happen that certain new information or announcements are no longer valid at the time of their diffusion or that they are simply outdated. PFM cannot guarantee, although it makes every effort to do so, that all information or news posted on this Site is up to date.

GUARANTEE
PFM undertakes to verify that the content of its Site complies with the French legal provisions in force.
PFM undertakes in particular not to disseminate data in violation of the rights of third parties, of a violent, pornographic or defamatory nature and not to disseminate illicit content, in particular of a racist, xenophobic or pedophilic nature or otherwise offensive to human dignity.
PFM does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information contained on the Site.
The Site and the information available do not constitute a selection of health professionals by PFM but a tool to help locate hospital services/health professionals claiming to be specialists in the management of infantile hemangioma. The referencing on this list is subject to prior agreement of each hospital service/health professional. PFM cannot be held responsible for the non-exhaustiveness of this list.
PFM’s electronic documents on the Site are carefully reviewed but may nonetheless contain errors. If the User notices any errors, they should not hesitate to inform PFM at the following address: ; PFM will make the corresponding corrections if they are well-founded and justified.
The texts published may, moreover, have been updated between the time the User viewed them and the time they took note of them. PFM does not guarantee that this information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
RESPONSIBILITY
While PFM has made every effort to ensure the reliability of the information and services contained on the Site, it cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, viruses or results that may be obtained through misuse of the information and services.

MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of these General Terms of Use should become invalid or contain a loophole, the provision in question shall be replaced by the provision that comes closest to it in terms of legal interpretation.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTIONAL COURTS
These General Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this end user license agreement that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent Courts of the place where the defendant resides.
